Recently I called Harley Plumbing on behalf of my elderly mother as her gas deducting heater was not working. immediately on contact I spoke to Anne, she told me that she will try to get someone to our place asap, she kept me informed of time etc until the tradesman arrived. Brandon arrived and explained in detail that the heater could not be repaired and went through the process of getting us a replacement. he kept me informed with details of the machine,cost etc. This young man was extremely polite and professional and explained everything in terms that we understood. I am confident that their after installation service will be as good. My neighbours have also used Harley Plumbing and highly recommended them. Thank you we are now warm.

In extreme appreciation of the work done by Kane, today 24 June 2016 I had an emergency problem of a leaking water meter (my responsibility) caused by a tree stump, both of which were hard up against the gas meter. Fantastic experience both from a product and service perspective. My hot water blew up and Harley very promptly were able to provide and quote (great pricing) and have it delivered and installed within a day. The service on the phone was fantastic as was the plumber that installed the unit. Did a really tidy job, not just "stick it" to the side of my house. I'd like to also say that the Harley website is fantastic too, a lot of useful information that helps people that aren't in the know for this type of thing. Highly recommend Harley Plumbing!!!
